With the new baby on her way, we’ve been looking for the essential items she’ll be needing. The only problem is that I really can’t see spending money on baby furniture since this will DEFINITELY be our last child. So when I found out about Stokke’s TrippTrapp Highchair, I was in love. Why? It’s the highchair that grows with your child!

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Designed to provide the correct ergonomic support for your child when seated, TRIPP TRAPP enables your child to sit at the family table and interact with you and other family members. The unique adjustability of TRIPP TRAPP in both seat and footrest height and depth adapts to your child as they grow to ensure that your child sits comfortably at all times.

MY REVIEW

I was so excited when the box arrived! Unfortunately, DH was out of town at the time and he’s usually the one who puts everything together. However, because I was so anxious to check out my TrippTrapp I thought I would try to put it together myself. At first I was a little overwhelmed at all the pieces . . .

but once I read the directions I was able to assemble the chair in 10 minutes. That’s how easy it was! I was so proud of myself.

There are many adjustable slots to ensure that the seat and footrest are in just the right position for your child no matter how old they are. I initially set it up for baby just to see how it would look. I loved it! The chair is strong and sturdy and I have no reservations about putting my new baby in it. I know she will definitely be safe and comfortable.

But until then, I’ll be able to use it as a booster seat for Baby Bug. You see, our dining table chairs are a little too low for her. Most of the time she needs to eat while kneeling in order to see everyone. With the adjustable TrippTrapp, she can now sit comfortably with the rest of the family.

What I like best about TrippTrapp is that it fits right under our dining table. With other highchairs, I’ve always felt that my girls were so far away from everyone else. They looked so left out. I’ve always believed that if my kids felt like they were part of the family conversation, they would more likely be entertained and sit nicely. And if that’s not enough, it’s so pretty! I chose the pink one (of course) and the overall design is very modern and chic. Definitely a conversation piece when friends visit!

I’m so happy with my TrippTrapp! Not only did I get a stylish highchair but it’s something that we’ll make good use of for a very long time! Stop by Stokke today to check out this and other products they have for baby. You’ll be amazed!
