Curious George: A Very Monkey Christmas Giveaway

One of my girls’ favorite PBS Kids cartoons is Curious George. They’re always laughing at the mischief George gets himself into and are fascinated when everything somehow works out in the end. I think it’s pretty hilarious that the Man With The Yellow Hat always says, “Be a good little monkey.” I mean, how good can a monkey be in a human’s world? I guess that’s what makes the show so great.
In Curious George’s first holiday movie, A Very Monkey Christmas, “George and The Man with The Yellow Hat are having a very merry time counting down the days until Christmas. There’s only one puzzle: neither of them can figure out what to give the other for a present. The Man is having trouble reading George’s wish list and George doesn’t have a clue about what to get for The Man who has everything. Will they be able to find the answers before Christmas morning?”
In addition, there is the “All I Want This Holiday $100,000 Giveaway†where one lucky grand prize winner will get $100,000 to create their own “Family Fund.” This can mean investing in a college tuition fund, paying for a new home or even taking a year off to spend more time with the kids. I would like to win because we have a two-year old with SIX Curious George stuffed animals. He takes one everywhere we go, and people keep buying them for him because he likes them. George even has his own shelf in the library. We do not, however, have any George DVD’s, and so I think it would be a perfect Christmas gift for him.
