Whimsy Rings

Audrey Hepburn, Jackie Onassis and Grace Kelly. What comes to mind when I think about these ladies? Legendary women who were both classy and stylish. That’s exactly what inspired the Whimsy Legendary Women Collection, in particular, rings named in honor of these ladies.

What woman doesn’t love to open a tiny little jewelry bag?  That’s exactly what arrived on my doorstep thanks to Whimsy Worldwide.  They sent me The Audrey!  A beautiful sterling silver Whimsy ring sat inside the turquoise jewelry bag as I opened it.  The Audrey arrived with a shining royal blue glass bead set inside.

I rarely wear rings other than my wedding ring since becoming a stay at home mom,  so this was a real treat.   I immediately tried the ring on.  The ring was a bit tight on my finger, but only because  this was a review sample and not in my size.  The ring itself was what it promised to be…classy yet contemporary.  I set out to see how it worked.  There’s a double-threaded center post which Whimsy says makes it almost impossible to lose the glass bead.

I did a little shopping on the Whimsy website and found an amazing selection of Chamilia Beads. From “Spring Pink” to “Emerald Sparkle”, each bead fits within any of the Whimsy rings and priced at just $34.00 and under. Just think, you could change the entire look and feel of the ring with a new bead.  My favorites are in  the Hearts for Haiti Valentine’s Bead set, which are still available.

With Mother’s Day fast approaching, I know there are many women out there who would love to receive a special gift like the Whimsy Ring.  This is one gift that is versatile and can be passed down from generation to generation.
