Stuck On You Sports Sack

In just two short years of parenting, we have lost an astoundingly large amount of stuff, most of it never to return again. For this reason, I always hesitate when someone asks me if they can borrow some of our baby gear for their little one. It’s not that I don’t want to share; it’s that I just want to make sure that when #2 or #3 rolls around, I’m not the one at the store re-buying all of our baby goods we’ve loaned out.
For this reason, I absolutely love personalized accessories that leave no doubt as to ownership and are 100% certain to end up with the correct child.  It is companies like Stuck On You that make this task easy with unique and vibrant labels that can help you claim your stuff.  In addition to helping you label items you already have, the really cool thing is that they also make personalized products that come emblazoned with your child’s name and make even a simple backpack special.
They sent us a sample Personalized Sports Bag they had on hand so we could see the quality fabric and printed design first hand, and I was definitely impressed with the quality of the materials used and the extremely simple design. Since I don’t know anyone named “Cassie†to wear the bag, I was unable to put the Sports Bag through very thorough testing, but I did love the brilliant colors and designs of the bag and my daughter loves carrying the bag around the house.
Simply constructed of two pieces of stiff canvas with a colorful string sewn into it that acts as both a drawstring top and the carrying straps, the Sports Bag is perfect for soft and light items for slumber parties, trips to grandma’s, long car rides and more. It may not be great for all day excursions, hiking or for small gear due to its string straps and absence of pockets for storage, but it’s a great fast and light pack for kids to manage. To fit it as your child grows, you simply tie the strings tighter on the Sports Sack so it doesn’t drag on the ground when little ones walk and then retie later as needed for the proper fit. The Sports Sack was a bit too big for our two year old, even with the straps tied tight, but it would be just about right for 4-5 year olds and up and even able for an adult to carry.
But, the coolest thing about the Sports Bag is the durable fabrics, print options and fonts choices available for customization. The printed bird design and name was adhered to the Personalized Sports Bag so securely that it couldn’t be peeled or removed from the sack no matter how hard we tried, and the fabrics seem really durable and able to withstand children’s wear and tear easily.  This sturdy construction and heavy-duty printed design makes it perfect for an on-the-go carryall bag for just about anything a child can tote. Although I wish the straps were more substantial and more comfortable for longer lengths of time, I can see how the string straps are great for children’s gear. However, if your child would like a personalized bag with more structure and storage, you will be happy to note that they sell personalized backpacks as well that you can customize for your child.
