Staying Warm With Nuddle

When you think of Hawaii, the word “cold” probably doesn’t enter your mind. However, we do get our cold moments especially in February. This is the time we break out the socks and extra blankets. The only thing is that every time the kids want something from the kitchen, they don’t want to unwrap themselves from their cozy cocoon. That’s why I was very interested in checking out Nuddle.

The Nuddle is a blanket with arm holes and foot pockets to keep you snuggly and warm. When we received our Nuddle Kids the first thing I noticed was how soft it was. It’s made from a polyester fiber called Coral Fleece and is unbelievably plush. The Merlot color is a deep rich red which reminds me of sitting in front of a fireplace with a cup of cocoa. I also like that the color is so dark since my kids have a way getting things dirty.

The arm holes are great for keeping your hands free to eat, drink, read a book, or anything else without having to unwrap yourself. There are also hand pockets on the front for, well, keeping your hands warm. The best part are the foot pockets. I’m a firm believer that you can’t be warm with cold feet. There are 3 foot pockets on the inside bottom. We found that if you put one foot in each of the outer pockets, you can walk with ease. If you’re just sitting on the couch then putting both your feet in the middle pocket keeps your toes toasty warm.

The only suggestion I would make is to have the Nuddle Kids available in more kid-like colors. Other than that, we love our Nuddle Kids! The girls use it so much that I have to wait till they’re asleep to enjoy it for myself. It’s great for blogging because I can type and be warm at the same time!
