Little Lala & Little Lala’s ABC’s for iPhone

I’m getting a feeling that Baby Bug is starting to think that my iPhone is her own personal plaything. Of course, I can’t really blame her since I have more applications on it for her than for me. It’s just such a great way to keep her occupied when I find myself in long lines or in traffic. She has her own Nintendo DS but sometimes I don’t remember to bring it along. At least with my iPhone, I know I’ll always have it with me.

We recently had the opportunity to review two more childrens applications from Little Lala.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Little Lala: Little Lala is a delightful children’s book that toddlers and adults of all ages will enjoy. Grab your passport and join Litlle Lala, a curious and adventurous girl, as she takes a trip around the world searching for delectable dishes for a magnificent party for her friends.

Little Lala’s ABC’s: Lala’s ABC’s is a beautiful, easy-to-use alphabet flashcard app that helps toddlers learn to read.

OUR REVIEW

Baby Bug really enjoyed both these applications. In Little Lala, Baby Bug was able to virtually travel around the world and learn about different cultures and cuisine. Her favorite is when they visited Japan because one of her favorite foods is sushi. The watercolor illustrations were really beautiful.

Little Lala’s ABC’s was perfect for Baby Bug since she just started preschool and they’re beginning to learn their ABCs. What I really liked about this application is that they showed each letter in upper and lower case. It also showed the word for each picture which helps her see how when letters are put together they can spell a word. Baby Bug loved that each picture was an illustration of a different animal. The drawings were really cute and showed lots of personality!

Baby Bug loved both of these applications and have been playing with them every single day. I like that it keeps her occupied when I need her to be.

    Hello there,
As a former local (grew up in hawaii, schooled back east and now living in SF), I thought I’d reach out and let you know about a recent application I created for the iPhone – KegelTopia. I first came up with the idea when I was pregnant with my first baby and was told to do my Kegel exercises by my doctor. Well, I really didn’t take the time to do my exercises regularly. I thought, if I’m not motivated, then I’m sure other moms could be in the same boat!

I got a few friends together and KegelTopia was born. I hired a yoga instructor and made the application easy to use – so easy that you can press play and do your exercises even while breastfeeding! My baby girl is now 7 months old and I can thank this application for helping my body get back into shape. I truly wish more mothers would talk about Kegels and make Kegel exercises a priority. I for one didn’t realize how important Kegel exercises were until after I delivered.

Hoping you can help to spread the word on the application which is now available on itunes. We also have a video demo available on our website and you’ll see that its packed with tons of features and options.

    Thanks!
    Kathy
