That it was time to quit one of my volunteer jobs… I realized that my heart wasn’t in it any more…I was actually getting annoyed with it.

What would you do with an hour of “alone” time?

Just an hour??? I think I would only have time to shower, shave, blow my hair and maybe sit down for a few minutes to drink a nice cup of tea. Ahhhhh - that sounds so nice!

We don’t have kids yet so we don’t need a babysitter to go out.. although when we go on vacation, we do have to get a sitter for our dog, does that count? Either way it doesn’t happen very often!

2 cordless, 2 land phones, hubby has 1 cellphone, and numerous childrens toy phones. And I hate talking on the phone, go figure!!

The dining room is my favorite! We, as a family spend a lot of time sitting at the table and eating, of course, but playing games together! Every Friday night is family night and most Sundays too! I cherish the memories we are making!

Hmmm… my favorite celeb? It sounds goofy, but I would have to say Will Ferrell right now. I just saw Stranger Than Fiction, and i thought he was brilliant.

The celebrity that drives me nuts would have to be Jennifer Lopez. I think her and her booty are overrated.

Nothing. I love doing nothing on Sunday. *grin* Just taking it easy and mentally gearing up for Monday.

Hearing my little boy laugh in that “I’m happy and content being a kid right now” kinda laugh.

I wouldn’t change my height, I’m happy with the view I have. No—wait, if I were six inches taller, I’d be the right weight for my height. No—wait, then I’d tower over my husband when we slow dance. No–wait, we don’t dance. OK, I have it. I’d be six inches taller.

When did you find out that there is no Santa Claus? Oops, did I let the cat out of the bag?

I was around nine and I was DEVESTATED! All my friends already knew and kept telling me but I just couldn’t believe it…I mean how did EVERYONE get their presents then if there’s no Santa? I believe I am still traumatized by that…..

When you were little, what did you want to do when you grew up and how different is it from what you do now?

I wanted to be a Vetrinarian, but then I got to college as a Biology major and knew that I wasn’t that smart to continue on after 4 years, (or perhaps at 18, I didn’t want to work that hard). So I looked around to see what I could do with the biology classes that I had and went into Medical Technology. The practical side of me realized that I could get a job anywhere in the world. ( So true now- the average age of a Med. Tech is in the 40’s). I have done blood work on animals and let me tell you, horse urine is gross….

I used to post daily, but then life happens and now I post about 2-3 times a week….sometimes more if you guys are lucky

On St Patrick’s Day I was at my mom’s house and my sister in law came over and said “You guys aren’t wearing any green!” and we were like oh is that today?! So, I guess I spent it with my mom?
