Paula drives me crazy! She just seems so fake and a teenager. She will say nice to things to people’s faces and then laugh or make comments when they leave. She does know the cameras continue to roll by now right???

I quit watching it. I couldn’t stand it — if the people are serious how sad. If they are playing us — how mad.

I don’t watch reality shows, even American Idol, if you can believe that. I never got into it, and I won’t watch it now for various reasons now. Sorry - I can’t comment on Paula Abdul, but I can imagine.

RE: Girlie Girl - I think she is indeed mimicking someone else’s comments, but then again, I can only imagine how much time you spend on the computer! I have the luxury of having kids in school all day, plus I’m a night-owl, so I get lots of uninterrupted computer time!

I don’t watch idol so I don’t know. I do know they gave Paula a lot of grief for looking drunk the other day… but didn’t she say a while ago that she’s got sever back pain and is on meds for that? Maybe she needs her meds adjusted…or just an attitude adjustment

I was listening to the radio, and they were talking about how bad Paula is. I stopped watching the beginning shows, I come in on the end, but there is something definetly wrong with her!
My husband just walks behind me and asks when’s dinner? Which means get off and start cooking!

Really, all the judges kind of drive me nuts. I don’t think there’s any reason to crush someone’s dreams, even if they do suck. One can be honest without being cruel. Randy, never really says anything with any substance. And Paula, well…she’s Paula.

I don’t watch for them, i watch for the folks that we get to watch sing.

2 - Unfortunately no, but my information always comes up for me
3 - My son has been asking me for the past 20 minutes if I’m excited yet to play cards with him…but the disappearing comment is truly classic!

I really like American Idol, but the auditions this year are really grating on my nerves. I just want them to be over with. It seems like the judges are a bit testier and they are showing proportionately more bad singers than good. I’m just ready for some people who can actually sing to occupy my one or two hours I give to this show

** I’ve noticed that they’ve been showing a lot more bad than good, too. I realize that’s probably the draw for most people but they’re really emphasizing it this year.

One of my students last night said “is it just me, or does Paula sound drunk ALL the time?”

I said she did. Or on good pain meds. Who knows. But I am getting sick of her … but it won’t stop me from watching the show!

have never ever seen that show - don’t have that much time to waste - or waste it doing stuff
