For more than five decades, Barbie has inspired girls to dream, discover and explore a world without limits. This year, Barbie is thrilled to honor her role models with the release of her 10 Women to Watch in 2010.

The 10 Women to Watch are female leaders that are an inspiration for girls all over the world. They are women across ages, ethnicities and industries that have achieved amazing success and show us that anything is possible if you dream big.

Today, Barbie is sharing out the first nine of the women on her list. The tenth woman will be announced in February along with the unveiling of Barbie’s 125th career, which will be chosen by your votes at www.barbie.com/vote!
