It would be so nice if my cat would consider doing this same thing once in awhile! I’m afraid she is the complete opposite, though!

Ya know.. my cat was too cool for that.. he didn’t want anything to do with water. One time we were on a road trip all day and he was in the car (he used to go camping with us).. he peed in his cage and there wasn’t anything on the bottom to soak it up so he was sliding around and rolling around in the pee (he couldn’t stand in a moving car with slippery paws) so when we got home I had to give him a bath.. he was NOT happy! He ended up biting my shoulder and it freaked me OUT!! I felt so bad for him though because he was so scared. He was such a loving cat though.

None of my cats ever cared for the water, either. My BIL used to shower with his cat all the time…

He’s a handsome cat! Although I don’t like being bathed, I have to have one once a week, so I put up with them and don’t squirm or try to get away unless it takes too long.

Some cats do like water. A lot of Bengals like water and many Sphynx like being bathed, I’m just not one of them.

I’ve never heard of a cat that loves taking a bath before. What a special cat you have. Thanks for sharing.

WOW, that is WEIRD… and I rather admire weird, LOL. I’ve never met a cat that liked to be bathed, but have gotten ripped apart by a few that didn’t. My cat is one of the characters in my “clean” post for todays theme.

I didn’t play but I had to say I can’t believe your cat likes baths! I had to give my cats baths to get rid of ringworm once and it was a total nightmare! I literally came out bloody!
