So pretty! I wish i was sitting on that beach. Im curious…what the temp of the air and water in Hawaii today? Our lakes here in NY are in the 30′s and our air temp is around 40 or so. Supposed to go up to 60.

Oh woman, I hope you are better. If not, surely a look at this scenery will help! Great picture…I get to go to to beach in 3 weeks and take my girls for the 1st time. Nothing as scenic as this but fun none the less.

What a view! That’s it, I’m coming for a visit….some day. LOL – Happy WW.
Sandy Beach…Right up the road from Haunama Bay and the Blow Hole off of Kalanianaole Hwy. Since I lived in Hawaii Kai, I was close to both and went regularly. Sandy beach was best for body surfing, boogie boarding and surfing. It has some awesome wave action. Further down..off the rocks was best for surfing and I remember lots of early mornings being spent there.
Then, on a full moon night we would go, and swim…you can see everything. Then, if you continue up a bit more you will pass where the Tsunami hit decades ago and then you will run into Sea life park.
Hawaii Kai was a pretty popular area when I lived there. I am sure it still is. I think my step sister that flew for Delta lives there still.
Gosh, the memories. I want to go back and retire, but, maybe on Kauai, my favorite Island. That too…Has changed so much since I was last there. There is now a Community College where I use to live! The pictures are beautiful and make me home sick. Do you take them yourself?
