I Can See Clearly Now . . . Hopefully!

Well, tomorrow is the big day!
I had my last pre-op appointment this morning and I’m all set to go under the laser tomorrow afternoon. Thank goodness because I haven’t been able to wear my contacts for the last 10 days and these glasses are started to give me a headache.
DH is so funny. He’s afraid that once my sight is corrected, I’ll look at him and wonder why I married him! He jokingly said that I better not leave him after he paid all this money for the procedure. *wink*
Know what the best part of this whole thing is? I am REQUIRED to sleep for four hours after the surgery! Who wouldn’t love that?
Anyway, I’ll probably have to lay off the visiting for a couple of days until my eyes heal completely. Until then, I have posts and giveaways all ready to go to keep you busy. I’ll see you all (hopefully, a little more clearly) later! Woo Hoo!

oh yeah! I forgot about the nap and the no computer time for a bit. I guess I just figured that DH was still a bit groggy from the medication he was on…so the nap was really easy for him to take…even with the mask/goggles on (it was to keep him from rubbing his eyes…had to use it for a week or so)
even though the insurance didn’t cover any of DH’s surgery…we did try to use it to cover his prescription meds afterward and the insurance did pay a bit of that. Worth looking into. Most of his meds were provided by his eye surgeon though…they gave him a little kit.
I’ll be thinking about you, I’m sure it will all be great and soon you’ll be wondering why you didn’t do this sooner.
