Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday.
In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.
If you’d like to participate, just post your own question on your blog and leave your link below. Don’t forget to visit the other participants! It’s a great way to make new bloggy friends!
Today’s question is:
What do you want for Christmas?

So, is world peace a possibility or does that sound too Miss America? LOL Seriously I just want a smooth happy family get together.
What I want unfortunately is NOT an option. I would love for my husband who is deployed to be home and enjoy the holidays with us… He’s missed sooooo much of the girl’s first year, that Christmas too? It just sux.. Lol..
I want to be heading to my parent’s to have Christmas w/ the rest of the family but since that has fallen through I would love to just have a nice relaxing day @ home.
I want a yorkie puppy for my daughter…but since we can’t have a puppy due to our living arrangements, she is getting a stuffed one instead!
i want a professional painter to come in and paint a few of my rooms, especially the ones with high ceilings.
A Nintendo DS and a couple fun games.
A cure for Pulmonary Hypertension.
I would love to get a laptop, but that’s not going to happen due to funds. What I am getting is a Mother’s Necklace that I found on amazon.com and I can’t wait as I thought it was the coolest one ever and I’m not a jewelery person.
[...] that reason, I am playing along with Island Life’s Aloha Friday [...]
A Saturn Sky would be my first choice!!!!
I want for things to finally slow down around here.
But I wouldn’t mind some chocolate.
I want a Wii Fit.
I want a clutter free Christmas so gifts in small packages is the theme of my wish list this year.
A partridge in a pear tree. Oh, wait . . . I go that last year. Ah . . . a website creator.
Materialistically? (is that a word?)
A mini lap top!!
Really? Good Health
I just got my Christmas present early for myself – a new camera. There’s nothing else that I want except for a fun day full of memories for the girls.
I truly don’t want anything. I’m just happy to have my kids home for the holidays.
I want Microsoft OneNote 2007. I used the trial version that was good for 60 days and fell in love with it.
Unfortunately, Hubbs and I are not exchanging gifts this year. Maybe when I get my financial aid reimbursement from school I will buy it.
I’d love to get Wii Fit, but I don’t know if that’s going to happen. My husband always surprises me.
I too wouldn’t mind a wii fit……but then I would have to have a wii first!!!!
I really just want to give my family the things they want for Christmas. I really don’t have anything special that I myself really want.
There are a few small things on my list, but the main thing I want is a time of special memories and an old fashioned SNOW filled Christmas at the cabin.
Hmm..I want everything to continue to be ok with this pregnancy! Thats my BIGGEST Christmas wish. Other than that, I dont know what materialistic thing I want….maybe a new desk chair?
I would love to have one of those towel warmers for the bathroom…..I love my hot showers, but hate how fast the warm feeling ends once you step out to dry off and the cold air hits ya! I saw this great one that looks like a bread machine….that’s what I want!!!
And, of course, peace, love, and happiness

Christmas is really tough for us this year. My husband and I are not really expecting anything for ourselves. But, if I was wishing, I would love to get a Wii for our family. Merry Christmas!
I asked for a family vacation. Hubby, the kids and I have not gone away on a trip in a long time (visiting family does not count). We agreed that for Chanukah we would do that. Our plan is to possibly make it a family trip to Chicago for BlogHer in July.
[...] and look forward to the weekend, in Hawaii and blogland anyway. As you should know by now, over at An Island Life, Kailani decided that on Fridays she would take it easy on posting and ask a simple question for [...]
So many things – I’d love the WiiFit or a total body pillow now that I’m pregnant I’m sleeping terrible again – and I always love books!
precious moments with my grandchildren
I’d love to have a Nikon D40 in my stocking this year, but most of all I’d just like for my kids to have a very merry and happy Christmas this year. =)
A little more money so I could get my kids something. I love giving them gifts, but it’s just not a posssibility.
I already got my gift, a new rocker recliner for the living room. Otherwise, all I want is the nice break from work and to spend some time with my hubby and little boy!
I told my husband that I want a really, really, really warm coat. I am tired of being cold already!
A fun-filled Polish feast with my extended family and a happy 1st and 2nd Christmas at home with the little ones
— Oh and my Yoga Booty Ballet DVD!!!
A new jewelry box, because my old one is falling apart. I wouldn’t mind some new diamonds to fill it up with!
Some sleep =)!
Also, a new shredder…and a new can opener!
I like practical gifts =).
A week’s vacation — at home!
I would love a new bathtub. Ours is not functioning right now, and it is very hard. We do have another bathroom with just a shower, but with the baby coming that would be my biggest one. As for everything else, it is hard for us so if I got that one big thing it would be awesome!
A vacation somewhere warm! Since I know that’s not going to happen – some cozy new jammies and slippers will do for now!
For people not to have to go out of business because of the new CPSIA regulations.
Money! Yeah, I’m the shallow one here. But I’m in college and broke and can’t even contribute to my charities this year. Although I think I’m still going to sneak some kids off of the Giving Tree at Walmart and buy for them.
I’d love for someone to tell me exactly what we’re supposed to be doing with our lives at this moment… it would help so much…
I want a diagnosis and a treatment for myself!! I am tired of suffering!
A cure for all types of cancer
I would love a pocket video camera to capture all thise special kid moments
I honestly don’t know. I have everything I could want or need. I’d love to be able to financially afford to help more children in need. The Salvation Army Christmas tree at our local Wal-Mart is still PACKED with names of children with needs. I bought gifts for two children, I wish I could help more.
It just breaks my heart to see all those lonely names.
I would just like a nice relaxing day with my family!
I’ll have to agree with Christy, but I also want a MacBook Pro so that I can do my digital scrapbooking more efficiently.
okay I will make it something that could actually happen, lol… so I won’t say a new house or a million dollars, how about new sofa’s
