Aloha Friday #53

Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday.

In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.

If you’d like to participate, just post your own question on your blog and leave your link below. Don’t forget to visit the other participants! It’s a great way to make new bloggy friends!

Today’s question is:

What are your plans for the weekend?

I’m surprising Girlie Girl by taking her to see High School Musical 3 on opening day. I can’t wait to see her face when she realizes what’s going on!

Finish cleaning the house, play lots of Yahtzee with my son, get back into the blog world and comment up a storm (it has been forever since I’ve been out), watch movies with my hubbie, go to church, and talk on the phone with friends.

    Happy weekend to you!

Hi – not playing (as I’ve already blogged today) but this weekend I’m working as usual.

Just popped in really to see how you’re getting on – all looks good here!

I am so jealous! I wish I had a daughter old enough to give me a suitable excuse for going to HSM3 on opening day! Guess I’ll have to be patient and wait for it on dvd when I can watch it in the privacy of my own home ;)

We’ve got “Trunk or Treat” this weekend. Everyone from church parks their cars in a big circle, with their trunks facing the center and the kids go from trunk to trunk playing games and collecting candy…wearing their costumes of course. I’m looking forward to seeing all the cute costumes!

We are going to an open house for my cousin who is on leave for a week. It will be the last time we get to see him before he leaves for Iraq.

DH will be out hunting as much as possible, I’m sure. I’ll take the boys trick-or-treating on Saturday and Sunday, church Sunday morning, basketball practice Sunday afternoon… and catching up on stuff around home, of course.

Thanks so much for your distinct page;this is the stuff that keeps me going through my day. I have been searching around for this site after I heard about them from a buddy and was thrilled when I found it after searching for long time. Being a demanding blogger, I’m cheerful to see others taking initivative and contributing to the community. I would like to comment to show my approval for your blog as it is very appleaing, and many writers do not get credit they deserve.
