Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday.
In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.
If you’d like to participate, just post your own question on your blog and leave your link below. Don’t forget to visit the other participants! It’s a great way to make new bloggy friends!
Today’s question is:
Besides your computer, what is one piece of technology you absolutely cannot live without and why?

My cell phone. It seems like I’m always on the phone, either at home or on the go.
It also takes some great pics. Especially when my digicam runs out of batteries.
I also get FREE longdistance, so I can talk to family in CA when ever I want to.

I hope TV counts as technology. It’s where I get my education and how I relax.
I would have to say my cell phone which is a palm centro…it truly lets me keep my world in order.
I love the telephone!

I’d have to go with my digital camera. I take so many photos.

At one point it was my cell phone. Now it is the baby monitor! I am able to go outside and do my gardening which is all of my free time right now! Housework…that can wait until sundown!

Hmm.. Tough one. Can I pick 2?
I will say my digital camera. I love taking picture and capturing our trips.
But my 2nd personal pleasure with no guilt is Tivo. It’s one of the best invention for me. I’m the TV addicted and it’s really facilitate my habit.

My microwave! hee hee!
Actually I can go without all of that for extended periods of time. While it’s great to use a computer on vacation, I can live without it just fine…okay maybe just a few ticks.
We’ve got two camping trips booked so far and I’ll be awol from the blogosphere for those. I just hope it’s not crazy when I get back.
Renee’s last blog post..STRESS! As if I needed any more.
Definitely my digital camera. I hardly go anywhere without it. As the number of photos I usually post will attest. *grin*
And I’ve become quite addicted to our DVR. I honestly have no idea how we survived before we could pause live tv, and record shows to watch whenever we want. Not to mention keeping lots of ‘Pablo’ (Backyardigans) on there for our obsessed little one.
My first thought would have to be my sewing machine. Of course a 1957 Pfaff is not new tech. So I would say my digital camera. My brain in a memory card. It is the documentation of our lives that I treasure. I do not want to forget anything.

I am going to say my curling iron/flat iron! My hair is crazy looking if I can’t tame it without one of these precious gems…lol!
I posted my very first Aloha Friday! Not sure what took me so long to participate.
Have a wonderful weekend!

I, like many others on this, would say my cell phone. What did we do before this invention? I gave each of my kids their own phone before they started driving, just so they could keep in touch.(Who am I kidding, I wanted to be able to call them) I didn’t really think I needed a phone, that was 1996. Now 12 years later that sucker is glued to me, and I am lost without it.
I would be torn between my phone and my digital camera.
The phone would be my connection to the world, but I don’t want to give up pics of my kids, either.
