Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday.
In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.

My question is:
If you were an animal, which would you be and why?

Would love to be a giraffe. Love how graceful these animals are. Plus I would love the few from way up there.

Giraffes are tall, graceful and they have long legs and a long neck.

I love monkeys, apes and chimpanzees. They really fascinate me, so that’s what I would choose.

I like so many animals. I guess I would pick the elephant. I can eat a ton of food. I would be safe from predators, except for poachers. I would have great memory capacity and live for a really long time. I would also take care of my family members. Aloha and take care.

I would love to be a dog. Lay around all day, eat, sleep and poop. Sounds like the life to me! Not to mention all the love and attention I would get for simply shaking someone’s hand and rolling over

i think i’d have to choose my favorite animal – the tiger. They are beautiful animals but i’d choose to be one because of their feline characteristics and i can imagine myself living and playing in a jungle.

Hmmm, maybe a monkey because they can swing from branch to branch high up in the trees and see a perspective of the world that people don’t usually get to see.

I’d be a squirrel ! Because she’s tiny,cute and sneaky, she makes high pitch tiny noises that for her they may be yelling bloody murder but for the ones around her it’s just background noise:P.. and because she has beautiful eyes.. and great hair color:).. now that’s a plus , right?:)

I would like to be an eagle. They are large and in charge (pun) and I’d get to fly, and hunt and rest in the highest of trees , away from predators.

Hmmmm, maybe a dog because everyone loves them. They get to play all day or sleep (whatever fancies them). It’s just the whole food thing that bothers me. I’d have to have an owner that fed me regular food.

A White Siberian Tiger.I am a survivor, quick to think and fast on me feet. However I love to just watch some time and check this out. Always prowling around like the Tiger. But most of all, I just love White Siberian Tigers:-)

Definitely not a monkey since I hate monkeys, the whole throwing their own poop thing is a real turn off. I guess I’d say a cat. Napping 23 hours a day doesn’t sound so bad right now.

A fish …. or a bird!
Hmm, that’s an interesting question. I think most animals have it a lot tougher than we do. Having to beware of predators, hunt or forage, brave the elements, and can you imagine trying to protect your babies from being eaten?!
I have always loved giraffe’s. They are so graceful and beautiful and unique. I think I’ll go with giraffe
