Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday.
In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.

Honestly?
I’m green with envy!!
My out-laws are visiting. This is the first time in 10 years that hubby has been here that they have stayed for more than 4-5 hours. Oy. . . someone save me!
Well since I have no idea what BlogHer is I’m planning to finally get a few things caught up around the house. Like the lawn, garage, etc. Looking forward to it.
I am thinking I am going to spend the weekend not reading blogs since everyone will be at BlogHer lol
Not much different. Being with family, blogging, going to church…being new at this blog thing..I hadn’t given going to BlogHer much thought.
I have absolutely nothing special planned. Just our usual Saturday night out for pizza and hike on Sunday. Wish I was at Blogher. Aloha and take care.
I hurt my back, so probably watching a lot of tv.

I guess I’m going to be thinking about all of my favorite bloggers being at BlogHer now! lol – I’m gonna work out this weekend and go to church.
I have no interest in BlogHer. Read my blog or don’t, I don’t care. LOL
Anyway, we are going to a Bob Dylan/Willie Nelson/John Mellencamp concert, which I’d say is a darn site cooler than any ol’ blogging conference!
I’m gonna hang out with family and friends. We have a kids bday party on Satuday then the b/f’s sister’s on Sunday. I hope you enjoy your weekend.
I’m taking it easy. No plans yet, so I am open to anything and NOTHING !!!
I will be working at my weekend job, catching up on some much needed blog stuff too.
going to three different BBQs. let’s hope the weather holds up as two are in the evening and thunderstorms are forecasted.
Saturday morning I plan to get up before the sun and go on a solo photo walk, do some shopping at Costco, and then drop off some Cd & DVD’s I created for an event I photographed last Saturday. Then just relaxin’ in the heat with family and watchin’ some movies.

We’re in the process of converting our office into a bedroom for our twins. Hoping to get that done this weekend, it’s a big job so we’ll see if it happens.
Probably going to the movies again and then out to eat. Church on Sunday morning. Pretty much the same as usual.

Letting my kids take me out to see Harry Potter & also out to dinner. Then on Sunday it’s church & a day of card & board games. I have a truly wonderful life.
We’re getting ready for the first day of school EVER. School shopping and hitting the beach for good measure!

I am going to be thankful that I am not addicted enough to feel bad about not being at blogher!
Plan on coming to a nearby city to celebrate the birthday of my father-in-law as well as meet the new addition to a friends family… so it will be a bit busy!
Packing to leave for a weeks vacation on Sunday. Can’t wait!
I have a grad from college party for my niece and putting finalizing touches on getting my daughter started for college in the fall. *sigh*
We have a family reunion to attend and an aquarium to review so we’re having our own kind of fun this weekend….still wish I were at Blogher, though.
Oh let’s see Just got back from a three week “GoWestMyFriend” Vacation. I will be cropping photos, writing Blogs and getting back in the exercising routine. Need to lose the weight I gained:-)

I’m leaving for a week of vacation tomorrow, which is why BlogHer really wasn’t an option for me. It was paid for long in advance. We are going to stay in a nice cabin on a lake and my parents and sister and her family all have cabins too! Should be a fun family vacation!
No plans. My husband will be working in the corn. We will probably just play outside and I will get some cleaning done during nap time.

I am wishing I was there. I always love a bit of travel and meeting people! But I am in sunny NC and I think this weekend we will get to the beach:)

I am visiting in Alabama with my 5 children and 11 grandchildren. It’s rare we all gather in one place at the same time, so this is a huge treat and a wonderful weekend!! Lots of talking, laughing, eating and hugging!
Well, since I can’t go, and I don’t want to read about it and have it rubbed in my face that I wasn’t there, I won’t be reading blogs by bloggers who are going, lol.
I am making a wedding cake and going to a wedding on Saturday, then sending our friend who is staying with us from France off on a trip to NY with our church. Somewhere in there I will have to do laundry.
We are working on our bathroom…texturing, tiling, and painting…
I actually wrote a little poem about that on my blog! Fancy that!
Depending on the weather, either go to the driving range, beach or movies.
