Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday.
In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.
If you’d like to participate, just post your own question on your blog and leave your link below. Don’t forget to visit the other participants! It’s a great way to make new bloggy friends!
My question is:
What’s one thing you’d like to know about the future?

Nothing actually. I kind of like not knowing. I am in that really good place right now.
Wow, deep question. I guess I would love a sneak peek into the future to see how my family does over the next 10-20 years while the boys are growing up.
I cannot think of anything to be honest. I think it best to have my life go as it is supposed to.
I don’t know. I guess if I ever find Mr. Right. lol
I would like to know if my son does well. We’re hitting a rough patch and it’d be nice to know we come out of it alright.
Wow, that’s a tough one. I don’t know if I’d really want to know anything.
I would like to see what my son would be like in 10-20 years. I would like to see how he turns out since we are always questioning ourselves as parents. I think it would provide me some relief. I worry too much about him. I am a smothering mother. Have a wonderful weekend and take care.
I’d like to know what my career ends up being!
Hmmm, maybe if the bugs will ever stop trying to come into my house? lol, I think we live in one of the buggiest corners of the universe. I miss just having to deal w/ the tiny sugar ants. Next to what we’ve got here those things are nothing!
How many more children will we have?
If we will get out of debt!
nothing, i like constant surprise
I would love to know if my next child will be a girl!
Blast it all! I thought it was supposed to be an easy question!
Ummm . . . well, I’d rather be oblivious of the pain and suffering, and knowing the joy would ruin all the surprises . . . I guess nothing.
I’d like to know when I will finally get married
Hmm, I really don’t know. I guess I’d just like to know that my girls are happy and healthy when they grow up.
id like to see how my kids are 10-20 years from now.
I have to get a little serious. My husband is on a list for a kidney transplant. I would like to know if he gets one. It would save a lot of worry.

I would be scared to look into the future because if I saw somwething bad I would stress about it the entire time until the event happened. So I would say nothing. I would rather live day to day.
I would like to know when my husband will get promoted to managing his own store. That would be the main one anyway. The second thing is if I ever have another child if I will finally get the girl I have always wanted.
I could never decide… But I guess the first thing that comes to mind are art forms from the future, and is there life on other planets?
I would like to know what the winning lotto numbers are.
I would probably choose not to learn significant events in the future. It might just affect the present and distort my future.

Wow! I might want to know how long I would live, but then again, I might not want to know!!!
Arrrrgh! I wan’t to know when I’m gonna catch that damned shark!
I would like to know when the Lord will return.
Who my future son in laws will be?
When will I get to sleep..since it is 3:30 am!
Come on over and answer A.M. or P.M.?
I don’t wanna know!!
I don’t wanna know either. I worry too much when I know stuff.
I don’t know if there is anything that I would really want to know. I think the surprise is part of what makes life life!
I would like to see if the investment I made in 2005 will ever be worth anything like they say it will.
I’d like to have a sneak peek at my boys as adults and see if they are married and what they have for jobs and if I get to be a nana!

I would like to just see my kids and hopefully grandchildren and great-grandchildren. I think that would be neat.
That my children will be HAPPY and that I’ll get to meet my grandchildren!!!
I’d like to know how all my tv shows end so I can stop watching them! Otherwise, I will just wait it all out…. Happy Friday!
I would like to know the timing of certain events that are imminent in my life right now. It’s very hard to plan things without knowing when these 2 specific events are going to take place. Like they say, life is what happens while you’re busy planning… maybe it’s best that I try to go with the flow.
I wouldn’t want to know anything. I’m happier not knowing!
births … if i’m going to have more babies.

I would like to know that my children were happy and safe.
To know my children grow into happy capable adults.
If I’ll have grandchildren. I know – that’s WAY OFF in the future for me – but it would be nice!
I would like to know when we’ll be able to sell our condo and buy a house. That would be great to know.
nothing that i can think of… i think it’s probably better not to know what’s going to happen. if it’s something bad, i won’t be able to do anything to change it and just spend all my time worrying about the inevitable
I guess that is a hard question because there are tons of things I would want to know but how would that effect the future if I knew all those things…So I guess ignorance is bliss in this case.
I honestly would like to know if I will ever have another child. We have been TTC for 3.5 years for baby 2 and still nothing. Several people keep saying ‘it will happen’ ‘you will have another’, but at this point I just want to know for certain, ya know?
Happy Friday!
Power ball numbers for a 200 million jackpot!
That I will be financially stable to take care of my family
That my child is happy
