Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday. In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too.

Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response. If you’d like to participate, just post your own question on your blog and leave your Aloha Friday post link below. Also, please consider linking back to this post so that others can join in, too!

Don’t forget to visit the other participants! It’s a great way to make new bloggy friends!

So my question is . . .

What’s the most “extreme” activity that you’ve ever done?

For me, it’s the Polar Bear Plunge at Coney Island.

The most extreme activity I ever did? hmmmmmmmm That’s besides being a mother of 2 girls & 2 boys and 9 grandchildren and my child husband? Hmmmm I guess my husband is a roller coaster enthusiast, and we have been to many amusement parks and just walking around those from opening until close and riding the coasters (I hate head-bangers) yep that was the most extreme I would say, but I don’t do that anymore. I’m just a camera girl now. hehehe Have a great weekend.

    Very good question.
I’m going to have to say: Driving from Louisiana to Alaska.

    Happy Friday!

Just before college, I went parasailing at Walt Disney World. It was an amazing adventure and memory. I atill recall the song I heard while flying above the water.

Hmmmmm….I’m not that extreme, but I did go on a ridiculously difficult hike in Asia one time long ago! Still can’t believe I made it to the top.

Definitely have my daughter at the age of 45 Lol!

Not sure if this falls under the category but travelling to Spain and Africa at 15 yrs old with a school group. Don’t think I would have allowed my sons to do the same at that age.

Extreme is a word that turns me off so this is going to be a mild response. Probably rollercoaster riding, and that was a loooooong time ago :)

Parasailing while on a Mexican cruise years ago. :)

Probably I would say the 5K obstacle course during the Spartan Race.

It would be White water rafting. I have done it twice so far. It’s really thrilling!!

hmmm…I’m not that extreme. I guess I would say (since I’m afraid of flying), taking the 15-hour flight to Hawaii for our honeymoon.

I went parasailing and that was awesome!

Dirt biking although we usually camped at Pismo Beach or Glamis Sand Dunes. Softer landings!

Oooo…I’ve been River Rafting too. The boat I was in got stuck on the rocks and we had to be rescued. I froze and wouldn’t let go of the boat so I was the first they took out. LOL

I can’t think of anything “extreme” I’ve ever done. I’ve always been kind of a afraid cat actually.

At the risk of sounding like a redneck…..I did try to ride a hog once. Grown hogs are HUGE. I could have been trampled. That’s about the extent of my extremeness.

A white water rafting trip with a church youth group when I was approximately 12 or 13.

It was actually white water rafting AND rock climbing, but I couldn’t do the rock climbing due to a healthy fear of heights. LOL
