Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday. In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too.
Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response. If you’d like to participate, just post your own question on your blog and leave your link below. Don’t forget to visit the other participants! It’s a great way to make new bloggy friends!

Hi! Hope you’re feeling better. I get nervous when I’m in really, really high places, and there’s nothing else around me. Like standing on a mountain or on the really tall amusement park rides.

My husband is playing with our daughter and throwing her in the air and I always feel nervous on airplanes.

I am convinced to try roller skating again for the first time in 20 years.
…I spot a spider, go to get a tissue and then can’t find it. It will give me the willies all day.

I get nervous when my husband (or anyone else other than me) is driving on a road that is basically a straight shot down cliff. *shudder* Yuck!

When my husband says he wants to quit his job in the Navy. He’s unhappy and has recently come to this conclusion. It’s tough to find a job now and his skills don’t transfer well to the civilian world. He has a degree in finance, but no experience. There’s no way he’d make as much money, and we’d have to pay for health care for our family of 6. I hate that he’s unhappy, but I am VERY nervous.
When my kids do something for the first time!
….when I have to speak in front of people.
when I get lost, I have no sense of direction
My phone rings late at night…

My one of my son’s drives a long distance at night. They all think it’s easier with less traffic. However I worry about them driving in the dark and/or tired. I pretty much pray the whole night when they do!!
I am in front of a lot of people, or feel like the center of attention.
My husband is driving! I’m like a Gramma gasping in the passenger seat, it’s ridiculous!
when my parents dont answer the phone after several phone calls…
When the plane takes off and descends for landing.
I get nervous meeting new people, when I’m in huge crowds, and of ducks. I’m petrified of them, so when I see them, I get nervous (long story – I should post about it, it’s actually quite comical!)
