Fruit Cake . . . love it or hate it?

Neither…have no strong feelings about it whatsoever.
I love the fruit cake my mom makes. It’s a white cake filled with pineapple and red and green cherries. I can’t stand the heavy fruit cakes with nuts and raisins but if it’s served to me, I’d probably eat it Lol!

As a child we were given a handmade fruit cake, it was so good! Ever since then I have loved them, but have been trying to find the perfect recipe.

I haven’t had fruit cake in years! I seriously can’t remember how they taste! But I’m sure at that time I LOVED them! Now I need a slice!
