Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday. In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too.

What’s your favorite theme park/carnival ride?
We’re headed to Disneyland this weekend and I can’t wait to ride Splash Mountain!

I LOVE Soaring over California at Disney’s California Adventure. (be sure to take off your shoes and feel the air between your toes~it’s kinda cool.) Also, I always do Bug’s Life cuz it’s so cute, but a little scary for young ones with the spiders that drop down. Also, I LOVE the interactive ones, like Buzz Lightyear’s Astro Blasters in D-land and Toy Story Mania in CA Adv.

My favorite theme park is Six Flags Astroworld in Houston, TX. I practically lived there in middle school during the summers! And my fave carnival ride is the tilt a whirl!

USed to be the roller coasters haven’t been lately so not sure

Theme Park would be “It’s a Small World” at Disneyland.
Carnival Ride would be either the Ferris Wheel or the Merry-Go-Round.

My husband is a Roller coaster nut! We have been to many parks. Cedar Point & Kings Island in Ohio, Great America in Gurnee, Illinois & St. Louis, Missouri, Busch Gardens in Virginia, Indiana Beach, but my most favorite place has to be Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure in Orlando, Florida. We’ve been there three times.

I used to like the really wild and scary rides but as I get older I get less brave. Now I’m happy on a nice slow Ferris Wheel.

The faster, higher & scarier the better that was then (before MS). I get motion sickness from riding the Marry-Go-Round now so I stay with my feet planted firmly on the ground.

I love pretty much any fast roller coaster – preferably the ones that go upside down. Unfortunately I’ve been preggo the past few times I’ve gone to an amusement park and had to stick w/ the merry go round
