Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday. In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too.

Since I do not celebrate (all Passover in our house), my favorite part are Cadburry Mini Eggs

At our house Easter is the celebration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. I love Beth’s Cadbury Mini Eggs too!!

I love the “new” things. The new outfits to wear to church and all of that. It reminds me of the reason for Easter and how my life is made new by its meaning.

Easter to me is the start of SPRING ~ which to me is ~ the rebirth of all things beautiful and a time to renew our lives too! (That is, after all what Easter is, right??!) My 2nd favorite is definitely Cadbury Creme Eggs!!

I’m not going to lie, I love the Reece’s Peanut Butter Eggs. It’s the same reason I like Valentine’s Day Halloween and Christmas too.

Easter is always hard without my mom, but I love that Easter gives me the promise that I’ll see her again one day. That is why I love Easter….the pretty dresses, Reeses candy eggs, and fun memories are just icing on the cake! Carrot Cake of course!
