Well, maybe she isn’t exactly reading novels but thanks to Your Baby Can Read!, Baby Bug is starting to recognize basic words and associating them with the correct objects.
From the site: “The Your Baby Can Read Early Language Development System delivers the tools that will make an incredible difference in your child’s life. This Easy-to-use system teaches your child whole language and phonics using a combination of sound, sight, and interaction. This multi-sensory technique helps a child grasp word recognition – leading to early reading success.”
We received the My First Words board book that showcases 30 basic words with sliding windows that allow your child to see the word, associate it with the photo, and gives you a sentence or task that corresponds to that word. Baby Bug loved the interacting windows and sliding the cards back and forth.
The book also came with a DVD with actual real-life footage of the words in the book. First, they show the word and give the child a little time to look at it. Then they show actions or objects that relate to the word. With the visual images being shown and the repetition of the word, Baby Bug was able to associate the two and understand what was being taught.
Your Baby Can Read is a great way to start your child in their love for learning. It will definitely give them a head-start to early education and show them how much fun reading can be. Stop by Your Baby Can Read for this product as well as many others aimed at ages from 3 months to 5 years.

Wow, this sounds awesome! I think the Starter Lift-A-Flap Word and Picture Books look like a great tool for helping them learn words!
I just saw this on TV last week. This would be so great for my 5 month old and my 2 year old!!! The slider cards and stickers would be lots of fun. The whole package is incredible!! I hope to win!!

I’ve been hearing great things of all of the baby I can read product so I’d like to have them all. If I don’t win this something from this system will be my daughters Christms Present. She had on the “Smartest and Most Talented Kids” and the little boy “Whiz Kid” who knew all the President’s triva learned how to read from the Your Baby Can Read program. He was also on the Ellen Degeneres show last year. I am the publicist for Your Baby Can Read and thought you would be interested to know that.

“I Love To Laugh”
Tough choice. I think the ‘3 My Big Sticker Books’ would be the best addition to the Your Baby Can Read Early Learning Kit. Followed by the ‘I Love to Laugh’ and ‘When I Look at Me’ books. Actually everything looks good - even better if it works. My DH doesn’t like to read, I love to read and I’d love it if my DS (4 mo) took to reading.
