Living in Hawaii, we know how important protection from the sun is especially on children. However, just trying to get everyone ready and out the door on time is an adventure in itself. Never mind remembering the sunscreen. That’s why I was really interested in trying out Bethesda Sunscreen Soap.

The first thing I noticed was the scent. After all, it doesn’t matter how well it works, if I don’t like the smell, I’m not using it. This soap had the combination of lemon and lavender oil which actually smelled really nice. It’s a more gender-neutral scent so the whole family was able to use it. It left no residue, is hypo-allergenic, and contains 50 + vitamins and minerals to give the skin a radiant and healthy glow while supporting overall skin health. In fact, over one-third of the body bar is purely vitamins and minerals! That’s pretty cool!

It’s a tie between Bed of Roses and Ice Cream Cone, for me.
This is such an interesting product, and because I am often lax about putting on sunscreen everyday, this would be so helpful. I’d also love to try the Emily’s Rosemary Gardens soap. Sounds refreshing! And something my husband would like too.

I like the sunscreen soap.
Bethesda Oatmeal Soap sounds like it would be good for the skin too.
The sunscreen soap definitely! My husband takes meds that make him more sensitive to the sun and he knows he has to wear sunscreen, but he forgets (a lot). Maybe something like this would help him and protect his skin when he forgets. They had a lot of other combinations that looked great also.
