We received this newly released DVD to review and was pleasantly surprised. I thought maybe the girls wouldn’t be too interested since they weren’t familiar with the characters however, they really loved the hilarious penguins and all the adventures they went on. I liked that it teaches them very important morals and basic common courtesy. All very necessary lessons for any child. Fun and education combined is always a winner in my book!

Because my one year old niece would love it.

This sounds like a wonderful DVD, and since I don’t have any kids I’ll never get to see it unless I’m the winner. After watching it, I’d love to give it to my best friend’s little girl to enjoy.

This seems like a wonderful tool to teach our children a few of life’s most important lessons while they are entralled with the animated characters. And they really do pay attention because I know my son has total recall of the words spoken on tv commercials and repeats them without prompting. Its so important we exposed our kids to the right things from a very early age.

I have 3 grandchildren and I am adamate that they learn from the cradle onwards about less is best; reuse, renew, recycle; and that we are responcible for caring for our planet and all that live on it. Additionally, I can rely on the Veggie Tale makers to provide appropriate information, language and artwork that will be keep the attention of the children. This is necessary to make sure that the lessons are truly learned…that is the most important point
