Yoplait “Get Strong & Healthy” Giveaway
This giveaway is now closed. Congratulations to commentor #7: Carol & #124: Amy Delong!
Being pregnant, I’m always looking for healthy snacks for myself as well as for my family. Sounds easy, right? Well, healthy is easy but something that tastes great, too, is a little harder. That’s why Yoplait Yogurt has always been a family favorite. The best part is that Yoplait is the only leading brand of yogurt containing calcium and vitamin D in every serving (10-20 percent of your daily value of vitamin D and an excellent source of calcium).
This is great news because I’m not much of a milk drinker and will only have some when I’m eating cold cereal. Even then, once the cereal is gone from the bowl, I throw out the rest of the milk. Luckily, my girls LOVE milk and will even choose to drink that over fruit juices.
What I really like about Yoplait Yogurt is their rich texture and wonderful taste. My favorite flavor is the Strawberry White Chocolate! Yum! I could have one every single day! It’s tastes so good that it’s hard to believe that it’s also good for me. Even my girls love it and will ask to have one as their dessert choice.
Recently, Yoplait has partnered up with Nancy O’Dell, entertainment news reporter and celebrity mom, who understands the importance of incorporating calcium and Vitamin D into her diet, while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. In her new book, “Full of Life”, Nancy “talks openly about her experiences in each stage of expectant motherhood, from pre-conception through delivery, and even the intimidating but joyful first week at home with her new baby. A sweet celebration of pregnancy and new motherhood — the good, the bad, and the just plain unexpected — Full of Life is the perfect companion for every mom-to-be who needs a little reassurance fromsomeone who’s been there as to exactly what might happen next!” Nancy also shares some great lifestyle tips on Yoplait’s Facebook page. Check it out!

As a group we go to the park, try to walk around the neighborhood at least 3 times a week and participate in group sports whenever possible. Individually everyone has their own deal. Mine is yoga, but I would secretly like to have a Wii and sports package.
