When I was pregnant with my first child, I had no idea what were the things I needed and what were the things that would end up in the back of my closet. And even though reading all the baby books did help a lot, I always relied more on the suggestions of family and friends who have already been there.

I would love to win this for my sister in law
I breastfed all 4 of my kiddos. I would have never survived without cloths to use as “burp” rags. (Some folks call them “spit up” rags.) They could be made specially for that function or they could be old cloth diapers – it mattered not to me – but without those handy cloths to lay over my shoulder or to wipe off drooling faces, I would have been lost!
Oh…and if I win this lovely little sleepsack, I will give it to my friend Haley, I had sleepsacks for my kids and LOVED them!

I don’t actually want to win, but wanted to chime in anyway! I agree mostly, but have never used a sleep sack, don’t own a regular stroller (have a jogger for going walking, but not for basic every day outings), find that an activity gym is hit or miss (#1 son loved it, #2 son didn’t use it), and could never get a breast pump to work for me!
I would not live without my sling and my carriers though! I think I have one of every kind of carrier there is! The car seat and diapers are obvious, but a good pack n’ play is VERY handy for traveling (by car) to Grandma’s house or staying in hotels etc. Ours is just about worn out!
I would love to win this for my cousin. They are having their first baby in July.
