Wasa Flatbread Review and Giveaway

This giveaway is now closed. Congratulations to commentor #16: Mary B!

I think I’d heard of Wasa (pronounced “Vah-sah”) crackers before, but I’m not sure I’d ever tried them.  When the package arrived at my house I was curious so I opened them up.  Oh. My. Goodness!  They are so good!

I received one package each of the new original, sesame, and rosemary flavored flat bread crackers.  Hands down my favorite is the rosemary.  Wasa says they’re a base for any kind of snacking treat, but I ate almost an entire sleeve plain!  I did also have some gourmet cheese in the house and let me tell you, the sesame with smoked gouda was pretty divine as well!

Best of all, I just saw a display for them in the store today and they are not an outrageously priced cracker!  The boxes look small, but the crackers are big and for $3 a box you could almost make an entire meal out of one box with some fun toppings!

Speaking of toppings… Wasa has a little challenge going on Facebook right now.  Hop on over to their page and check out the Snackspiration app.  Create you own snack with all the topping choices (they have some great ideas!) and you’re entered to win weekly prizes (must use the current “ingredient of the week”) or a grand prize trip for 2 to Canyon Ranch.  You must first “like” Wasa and then allow the app in order for it to work.

These new Wasa crackers are made with whole grains and just a few all-natural ingredients making them a surprisingly healthy snack!
