One word……Impressive! That’s the word I would use to describe the latest product in my arsenal against germs…….The Ultimate Cloth. I have to admit that when I heard about The Ultimate Cloth, I was pretty skeptical. Really. The claim that with this one cloth you could clean almost anything (the dirtiest, filthiest, nastiest floors, counters, shower doors etc)……without using chemicals….JUST WATER!

I said “Sign Me Up”…..I had to try it out.

A bit about The Ultimate Cloth:

  • Ec0-Friendly (No chemicals in the cloth….just uses water)
  • Saves Money (No need to buy paper towels or expensive cleaners)
  • Washable and Bleachable
  • Durable (guaranteed for up to 5 years)
  • Streak Free, Lint Free, Spot Free, and Dust Free (They Guarantee it)
  • Use on hard surfaces (granite, marble, windows, mirrors, floors & more)
  • Patented technology called MiraFiber

They tell me that The Ultimate Cloth has been lab tested to remove 96% of bacteria, without the use of chemicals.  Can we just stop right there…..that is HUGE news.

We’ve got a few health issues in our home…..allergies and asthma.  As a mom, I never want my daughter around when I’m cleaning with chemicals….doesn’t matter if it’s dusting (even vacuuming), cleaning bathrooms, or washing floors.  Everything has to be done while she’s sleeping…..I’ve found that the fumes from the chemicals alone are capable of triggering our allergy symptoms (and I don’t want to know what happens inside the lungs).  Needless to say, I’ve been struggling with how to effectively clean germs and yet keep harsh chemicals out of our home.  I know I’m probably not the only one with that struggle.  If I can remove 96% of bacteria and not use a single chemical (just water)…..it’s not a struggle anymore

Ultimate Cloth

MY REVIEW:

While I was sold on the “just water, no chemicals” part of The Ultimate Cloth, the question remained “would it clean effectively”?  Now came the fun!

Enter Grime City! Oh yes…….I purposefully let my bathroom get a bit extra grimy.  I mean, you don’t want to test a product with practically clean conditions.  My focus was on the bathroom mirrors.  WHY?  I usually clean them with paper towels and a window cleaner…..and I inevitably leave streaks and more importantly LINT.  Drives me crazy to have a perfectly clean mirror, but lint remains.  So, I let the mirrors get pretty “icky”…..and then followed the instructions for The Ultimate Cloth. I wet the cloth and went to work with no chemicals. In minutes the mirrors were clean. One problem though…..I hadn’t read the instructions completely (I was supposed to really, really, really wring out the water………and I didn’t). So there were some water spots…..but that was entirely my fault. But no lint or dust…..and best of all, it was CLEAN without the use of chemicals. I just kept rinsing out and reusing until finished. Super easy…..then throw it in the washing machine.

I’m excited to try out The Ultimate Cloth on all the surfaces of my house. One tip from a blogging buddy of mine was to use it along with the Swiffer on my floors! Can’t wait to try that out.
