TamaTown Tama-Go Giveaway

Kacie was very young when Tamagochi first came out so we didn’t really get caught up in the craze. So now that she’s older and very into electronic games and toys, the new TamaTown line is perfect for her!

TamaTown is the latest sensation, which includes the original nurturing play pattern and character customization.
OUR REVIEW
We received a Memetchi Tama-Go and a Violetchi Gotchi Figure to review. The first thing we noticed is how cute these characters are. They’re happy, colorful, and just plain fun looking! It definitely caught my girls attention and they couldn’t wait to start playing with them.
The Tama-Go egg is the foundation for all play and all you need to do is attach one of the characters to the top of it to get the toy started. I really like that you can interchange the characters so that your kids can have a wide variety of games and activities available to them.
Basically, you take care of your pets by feeding them, taking care of them when they’re sick, play games with them, take them to the restroom, and give them lots of loving. You can also train your pet by using praise or time outs to shape their character. How cool is that?
What I really like about TamaTown Tama-Go is that it teaches Kacie how to be nurturing. I realize that it’s only an electronic game but she really took the responsibility seriously and made sure her pet was fed and well taken care of. Of course, we put the toy on pause whenever Kacie had other “real” responsibilities to deal with.
In addition, there’s also a TamaTown website where you can find many more games and activities for your TamaTown Pet. Here you can decorate your own room, transfer your pet to the TamaTown virtual world, safely chat with your friends, exchange items with your friends, and create your own tunes. It definitely provides hours of fun for my girls.
