Summer Giveaway Event #3: Parking Pal Magnet
This giveaway is now closed. Thank you for your participation.
The winners are Amanda @ A Window To My Crazy Life & Jennifer @ Quiverfull Family Blog!
Congratulations!
Few things cause me more concern than kids and parking lots. Whenever I’m driving around looking for a space, I always keep an eye out for kids who may dart out in front of me.m I can’t even imagine being responsible for someone getting hurt or having my child injured by a moving car.
This is why the Parking Pal Magnet was developed. Basically, you place the colorful magnet on your car and teach your children to place their hand and keep it there any time they’re entering or exiting the vehicle. Once they have your full attention and you’re ready to load them up, then they can let go.
Now this in no way replaces your responsibility in keeping your children safe and you should never leave your children unattended in traffic areas. However, I don’t know about you but I could use all the help I can get! The Parking Pal Magnet provides just that.
Parking Pal has generously donated a Parking Pal Magnet in your choice of design to TWO lucky winners. To enter:
- Stop by Parking Pal before midnight, July 2nd.
- The come back and mention in comments which design you’d like. That’s it!
- A random winner will be selected and notified on July 3rd.
- The winners will then have 3 days to claim their prize.
To earn more entries, you may do one or all of the following. Each one counts as an extra ticket.
- Subscribe to my feed.
- Mention this giveaway on your blog with a link back here and to Parking Pal.
- Place my button in your sidebar.
NOTE: Due to the overwhelming responses I receive for extra entries, from now on please submit a separate comment for each extra ticket you’re submitting. This will ensure that all your extra efforts are counted. Thank you!
This giveaway is open to everyone world-wide. Good luck!

what a great idea (as long as the kids will do it!)
When my kids were little and before car seats.. I would have them put their fingers in their ears when I shut the doors. They thought it was some sort of thing to protect their ears, I think. But it really was done to keep their fingers out of the doors when they closed.

[...] An Island Life – Parking Pal Magnet (July 2nd) [...]
What an AWESOME product!!! As a single mom to a 3 and almost 6 year old, I’m often alone, and getting them in and out of the car safely in crowded parking lots is stressful. I had never heard of parking pal, or this wonderful idea. I know my son’s would think the magnet is awesome. I *hope* I win
