What does Stonyfield and The Lorax have in common? They both believe in doing everything they can to save the environment.
That’s why YoKids Greek Yogurt has teamed up with Dr. Seuss’s The Lorax to help spread the word that we all must do our part to ensure the future of the world around us. To do this, they’ve set up a website where kids can play a Lorax-themed game and parents can print out money saving coupons as well as enter a sweepstakes where winners will receive a Lorax-themed Eco Goody Bag!
The game is actually pretty cool! Just match the pictures to reveal Planet Protector Tips which shares the ways that you can get involved to protect our beautiful planet. It’s a great way to educate the kids and get them involved, too!
With 6 grams of protein and an excellent source of calcium made with low-fat organic milk, YoKids Greek is perfect for meal or snack time. And, as the only organic Greek yogurt available for kids, YoKids Greek provides families a quality product produced without the use of toxic persistent pesticides, antibiotics, growth hormones, genetically engineered ingredients, or artificial flavors, colors, or sweeteners.

We’re currently waiting for YoKids Greek Yogurt to make it’s way to a local grocery store and when it does we will be sharing our thoughts about the product with you. Stay tuned!
Until then . .
WIN IT!

We are currently teaching them what to recycle and why we should turn off lights and electronics when they are not in use.
by teaching them to recycle

Teaching kids about saving the environment can be as simple as turning off the lights when you leave the room and not using more paper or napkins than you really need.
we talk to our kids about not wasting things and also we recycle
I talk to my son about garbage that goes into landfills and why we should recycle
I always take them to the recycling center once a month with a load of recyclables
They each help with sorting everything we recycle and we all go together as a family to the Recycle Center every Saturday.
I teach my children about saving the environment by talking about the Earth and appreciating nature.
We teach by example and explain why we are recycling and unplugging appliances.
