sports bookMy 9 year old nephew is a big sports fan. He’s always talking about teams, players and stats. Unfortunately, I know nothing about sports so most of the time I’m pretty lost in the conversation. So when I heard about a new book called Sports Trivia Devotional by Dave Veerman & Dana Niesluchowski, I knew it would be perfect for my nephew and I way for me to get a little more familiarized on the subject.

OUR REVIEW

This 328 colored paged book is filled with so much interesting sports facts that I couldn’t put it down. There’s one page for each day of the year and it’s a great way to start your child’s morning. On each page you’ll find in-depth information on a sporting event that happened on that specific day in history, a list of other events on that day, birthdays, a fun fact, and an inspirational quote. There are also fun quizzes throughout the book.

What I really liked about the Sports Trivia Book is that they take a sporting event and show your child how they can relate it to their own lives in a positive way.

This book would be a great addition to any child’s library . . . and even you may learn a thing or two!
