Safeway’s “Just 4 U” Debuts in Hawaii ($50 GC Giveaway)

I’ve always been a big fan of Safeway. I love how they make it easy to stock up on my favorite grocery items and save money at the same time. I can also find great selections at Safeway that I just can’t find at other grocery stores. So I was thrilled to find out that Safeway is launching their brand new program in Hawaii called Just 4 U.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Just 4 U is Safeway’s new customized savings program. Just For U sorts, organizes and gives you better prices based on your Safeway Club Card history. It saves you additional money on products that are selected “Just 4 U”, allowing you to save on the items you want without having to sort through ads and clip coupons.

OUR REVIEW

I had the opportunity to check out this new program for myself and was very impressed with how easy it was to navigage the site. All I had to do was register for the program using my Safeway Club Card number. It only took a couple of minutes and I was all set. And did I mention that I received a FREE 12 dozen eggs just for signing up?

There are 3 different areas of Just 4 U.

1. Personalized Deals – Here you’ll find great exclusive savings that are not advertised in the store. Just add them to you club card and you can use them again and again. What I really like about this section is that it also lists prices that other stores are charging for the same item.
2. Coupon Center – The Coupon Center lists various specials going on in the store that you’re able to add on to your club card. No more searching newpapers or clipping coupons! And the best part is that you can use these savings on top of your club card discounts!
3. Your Club Specials – When you use your Safeway Club Card, it remembers your purchases and will list those items you usually buy as well as other similar products. Just click the “add” button and these special deals “Just 4 U” will be added to your club card and honored during your next visit. This list is sorted by aisle so you know exactly where to find everything. Quick and easy!

When you’re all done going through these great savings, just print out (or email) your shopping list and you’re all set.

I really liked using this new service and found it to be helpful in keeping my shopping list organized. I liked that it was sorted by aisles and it really saved me valuable time. With a 6 month old baby in tow, my main goal when going grocery shopping is getting everything I need before the fussing begins. Just 4 U allows me to do just that.
