The winner is Barbara Fox @ Scarl!
Congratulations!

Boy, I’m sure on a toothbrush kick lately, huh?

This time it’s a company called Radius which was founded on the idea of developing a functional and fun toothbrush. Why fun? Research shows that if people feel as if oral hygeine is a chore, they’re less likely to do it properly. Makes sense to me.

From the site: “RADIUS aimed to make the toothbrush comfortable, enjoyable and effective. With a mass of very soft bristles, a large head area for low pressure brushing and a comfortable handle, this toothbrush would let you brush lightly and accurately.

Here are the products that we were lucky to be able to try out:The Original Toothbrush – This high tuft count toothbrush is designed to clean and remove plaque more effectively with it’s wide head and oval shape. However, the great part about this toothbrush is that the ergonomic handle, which is made from 100% recycled plastic, is also designed for either right and left handers. Lately, DH has been on this “using his left hand” kick (don’t ask) and really appreciated this toothbrush design.

The Kidz Toothbrush – The Kidz Toothbrush is a smaller design of The Original. This was great for the girls because the wide head made it less likely for them miss areas since their teeth are still pretty tiny. In addition, the large handle made it easier for Baby Bug to get a good grip and definitely cut down on her frustrations. Always a good thing!

The Source Toothbrush – This toothbrush has a replaceable head with the handle made from 100% recycled wood fiber which helps reduce overall environmental impact. The radial bristling makes brushing easier and more effective. Personally, I’m not used to having a wooden toothbrush but as long as it does the job and saves resources in the process, I’m all for it.

Giveaway: How would you like to win one of each of the above mentioned toothbrushes to try out for yourself? To enter:

  • Stop by Radius before midnight, July 22nd.
  • Then come back and mention in comments your favorite design. That’s it!
  • A random winner will be selected and notified on July 23rd.
  • The winner will then have 3 days to claim their prize.

To earn more entries, you may do one or all of the following. Each one counts as an extra ticket. Please leave a separate comment for each extra entry.

This giveaway is open to everyone world-wide. Good luck!

I like the natural silk dental floss. I floss about three times a day, and it’s nice to have something that will not be sitting around in the stomach of a poor seagull!
