Progresso High Fiber Soup Giveaway
This giveaway is now closed. Congratulations to commentor #138: Leslie S!

I love soup . . . it’s quick, easy, and healthy. And thanks to Progresso, now it’s also high in fiber, too! Soup just keeps getting better and better!
We recently had the opportunity to review a sample of Progresso’s Chicken Tuscany and all I can say is “Yum!” The new high fiber soups has 28% of the daily value of fiber, is low in fat, has no MSG added, and has no artificial flavors. And the taste? It was rich in flavor and spices. It was hard to believe that it came out of a can. Even my girls liked it!
So, if you’re looking for a quick meal that’s also healthy for you, check out Progresso’s High Fiber Soup. It’s always my go-to meal whenever I don’t know what to eat.

We are adding more fiber by eating more salads and fresh fruits and vegetables. We have also switched to some snack crackers that are high fiber. We sometimes use ground flax seed on cereals or when baking. I found some great recipes for soups and stew where I use lentils and other beans.
