Progresso High Fiber Soup Giveaway

I love soup . . . it’s quick, easy, and healthy. And thanks to Progresso, now it’s also high in fiber, too! Soup just keeps getting better and better!
We recently had the opportunity to review a sample of Progresso’s Chicken Tuscany and all I can say is “Yum!” The new high fiber soups has 28% of the daily value of fiber, is low in fat, has no MSG added, and has no artificial flavors. And the taste? It was rich in flavor and spices. It was hard to believe that it came out of a can. Even my girls liked it!
So, if you’re looking for a quick meal that’s also healthy for you, check out Progresso’s High Fiber Soup. It’s always my go-to meal whenever I don’t know what to eat.

I really don’t incorporate fiber into my diet as much as I should. I try to find bread with extra fiber/whole grains and that’s about it. Thanks for the giveaway!

We eat a lot of oatmeal,beans and I do take a fiber supplement. I cannot wait to try their high fiber soups. We do have soup a couple times a week. Thank you!

I try to get up everyday and eat a bowl of fiber one. Added bonus is extra energy from eating breakfast.
I have been taking the chewable fiber supplments from I think FiberSure and I have been eating Fiber One cereal each morning.

We use a lot of pasta so I use the high fiber varieties (and the kids don’t know the difference.)

I add barley or wild rice to lots of recipes, like soups, stews and casseroles. Not only does it add fiber, it stretches the recipe as well!
