We found the Pillsbury Artisan Pizza Crust in the refrigerated aisle where you find the chilled cookie dough. We just had to pop open the canister and take out the roll of pizza crust.

We found that it easily unrolled into a flat rectangle. The great thing about this crust is that you can make it as thick or as thin as you want it. Once we had it at the perfect thickness, we baked it for 8 minutes.

Then it was time to add on our toppings . . . pepperoni, mushrooms, and extra cheese. Yum!

Pop it in the oven and in about 10 minutes we had a freshly baked pizza.

But how did it taste? It was unanimous . . . we’re definitely making it again one day very soon! The whole grain crust was so good and crispy. Normally, I just eat the middle of the pizza and leave the crust but this time I ate the entire thing.
