If you take vitamins, then you’ve probably familiar with the Nature Made brand. Pretty much everyone I know has at least one Nature Made vitamin in their home.

The Nature Made site is a wealth of information, resources, and tools on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. They are particularly interested in spreading the word about the benefits of Vitamin D since approximately 70% of Americans have low levels of this vital vitamin. To do this they have launched the Casino D Instant Win Game where you can play to learn more about Vitamin D. By participating, you may also receive samples, gift cards, and even $2,500 towards a family vacation. At the very least, each person will win a a free trial size sample of Vitamin D.

    I learned that all infants (breast-fed and bottle-fed) should receive 400 IU of vitamin D from birth, according to new recommendations from the American Academy of Pediatrics.

    Nature Made Vitamin D is made with D3, a more potent and naturally occurring form of vitamin D. I didn’t know there was a D3!
