When I was first introduced to The Blue Top Hat, I was amazed at the innovative gift giving idea they’ve come up with.

The Blue Top Hat has generously donated a New Baby Celebration Book and an Embroidered Baby Blanket for one lucky winner. To enter, just stop by The Blue Top Hat before May 23rd and take a look around. Then come back and mention which themed basket is your favorite. That’s it! A random winner will be selected and notified on May 24th. The winner will then have 3 days to claim their prize.
