Those who know me, know I love anything that makes my life easier – especially in the kitchen.
So when I had the opportunity to sample Pillsbury Savorings Flaky Pastry Bites, I was jumped at the chance. I mean, who doesn’t love Pillsbury?
From the site: “Pillsbury Savorings Flaky Pastry Bites feature warm, flaky pastry dough wrapped around tasty fillings and come in three varieties; cheese and spinach, buffalo style chicken and mozzarella and pepperoni. They are easy to prepare (just 20 minutes in the oven) and are the perfect accompaniment to a glass of wine.”
t was super easy to prepare – just pop it in your pre-heated oven for 20 minutes and out comes a batch of warm appetizers ready to be served. Can’t get any easier than that. What I really liked was the flakiness of the crust. You couldn’t even tell it came out of the freezer.
With having kids, I don’t throw too many dinner parties anymore but I do have a family Halloween gathering coming up and I’m definitely stocking up on these delicious treats for the occasion.

Oooh, my hubby’s and my favorite thing is crescent rolls. Seriously, we could eat them with every meal (and often do!). Coming in at a close second would be cinnamon rolls!

Looks like I’m the only one who thinks their crescent rolls can’t be beat!!

Orange frosted sweet rolls are my family’s favorites and have been for 40 years or more. We would have them for breakfast on Sunday morning and I would save the round lids and cups from the frosting and my kids would make ornaments for their little individual artificial Christmas Trees from them. My “kids” are now 44, 46 & 47. I still save the lids in hopes that my grandchildren will want to make them, but I think they are not too “sophisticted” for crafty things.
My favorite pilsbury product is crescent rolls.

Its got to be their Cresent Rolls. I use these for lots of things since they are an excellent base for making sweet rolls, garlic rolls, wraps for meat pies etc. I keep them in the frig all the time for just such things.
MY DH MAKES US GET THE GRAND BISCUITS ALL THE TIME. THEY ARE GREAT!
