Disney Baby Book Set Giveaway

Even though I know Kaila will not remember our recent vacation to Disneyland, I’m still determined to expose her to my absolute favorite company – Disney. So when I had the opprotunity to review a few books from the Disney Baby line, how could I resist?
“The new DISNEY BABY series introduces babies to new Disney friends as they discover the world around them, and moms join in on the fun as they read the playful text to their newborns.”
We received the first 3 books in this new series and haven’t been able to put them down since they arrived at our front door. What I really love about these books is that they’re simple to read and uses every day words that I would normally use to talk to Kaila. Even the pictures are basic and depict every day items. I feel this is so important when reading to a baby because it helps them to put the words and objects together in their minds.
In Cozy Baby ($7.99), Disney animal characters get together with real babies all help them get ready for bed. This books is made from an ultra-soft material so it’s totally okay if Kaila starts chewing on it. There’s even a seperate fabric piece attached to the book that Kaila loves to grab on to when we’re reading.
Who’s That Baby ($6.99) supports your baby’s routine and rituals. The book incorporates mirrors on each page so that Kaila can see herself performing these activites like laughing, crying, playing patty-cake, and making a silly face. We all know that babies love looking at faces and these little mirrors help her to understand that she can express different emotions.
Busy Baby ($6.99) depicts a different daily activity by featuring a photo of a real baby interacting with favorite Disney characters. There are also fabric tabs on each page which are brightly colored and shows an image of a familiar daily object. I like how the book talks directly to Kaila which helps her understand how a conversation is formed.

Our first grandbaby is due soon. It is a little girl and we are VERY excited!
WHile i live in Houston, they live in NYC. I cant afford to go often but have signed up with Skype and would love to have these books so i can read to her over the Skype- I would copy down the words by page, send her the books, and have her mommy flip the pages for her as i read it = that would be great to see her little face on skype and her reactions to the books.
