Care Bears Helping Hearts DVD Giveaway

What little girl doesn’t love the Care Bears? I know my daughters enjoy watching these cute characters and learning more about each one’s unique personalities. So we were thrilled to have the opportunity to review their new Care Bears Helping Hearts DVD.

DVD DESCRIPTION

Love-a-Lot, Oopsy, Funshine, Grumpy and the rest of the gang from Rainshine Meadows go on a series of fun adventures that show them — and little viewers — the importance of helping others in these eight new episodes of the popular program. The excitement never ends as the pals decide to adopt a baby star, hand out some tough love to help a friend, and assist with the overhaul of an ice cream truck.

OUR REVIEW

What I really liked about this DVD is that it included 8 brand new episodes, not just reruns of stories we’ve already seen on television. These 8 segments focuses on valuable life lessons like being responsible, friendship, asking for help, and accountability – among others important morals. It’s shown in a very simple and straight-forward way so you know your kids are getting the message loud and clear.

It’s aimed for the toddler age which made it perfect for Kiana to watch. She actually sat still and watched the entire DVD. When it was over she asked to watch it again. This is coming from a very active child who usually can’t sit still for extended periods of time so I knew we had a winner here.

However, the best part is that the DVD is produced in a way that is simple for kids to navigate. This allows Kiana to play the DVD all by herself without all the hassle. It definitely makes my life a little easier.
