This giveaway is now closed. Congratulations to #8: Stephanie V!

Anyone who has volunteered to chair a committee at their child’s school’s  PTSA knows how hard it can be to get vital and up-to-date information to everyone who needs it. Emails, phone messages, and flyers sometimes get overlooked. What you end up with are parents calling you at all hours of the day. What if you had an online place where they can log-on at their convenience and get all the info they need? That’s what Qlubb is all about.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

What is Qlubb? Qlubb is a free service that helps groups to organize their activities, events and volunteers.  Over 20,000 people use it every day to organize groups from PTA/PTO to scout troops to classrooms to youth sports.

Most groups still rely on paper sign-up sheets, phone calls, nagging, and the annoying email list.  Qlubb wants to make running and participating in a group simple and easy.  Consider Qlubb as your anytime, anywhere group bulletin board – where you can go at anytime to see what is going on, most recent photos, the sign-up lists, the roster, the events, the officers, etc.

MY REVIEW

I’m a total organizing junkie. I love calendars, planners, worksheets, and to-do lists. And since I’m always on the computer anyway, I like the idea having all this info in one online place. I feel it’s the best way to share information with my family and friends.

Registration was easy and free! All I had to do was think of a Qlubb name, enter some information, and I was up and running in no time.  The first thing I did was input our family appointments into the calendar: meetings, play dates, deadlines, and events. Then I uploaded some pictures I took from our last family outing. You know when everyone asks you to make copies of the photos you’ve taken? This is a great way to share them with everyone at the same time!

So whether you’re looking for a way to keep your family updated or trying to organize a school event, Qlubb can make your life easier!

WIN IT!

This back-to-school season, Qlubb is teaming up with Citizenpip by giving away an eco-friendly (no BPA, no pthalates, no lead) lunch kit to one lucky winner! To enter:

  • Just mention in comments before midnight, Sept 5th what you would use Qlubb for. That’s it!
  • A random winner will be selected and notified via email shortly thereafter.
  • The winner will then have 3 days to claim their prize.

To earn extra entries, you may do one or all of the following. Each one counts as an extra ticket but you must leave a separate comment for each one.

This giveaway is open to US addresses. Good luck!
