Ever since the Kaila was born, my daughters have had this obsession with dolls. They pretend that their dolls are babies that need to be fed, carried, and changed. Unfortunately, they don’t have very many dolls so we were happy for the opportunity to review the Adorable Kinders Rag Dolls.
COMPANY DESCRIPTION
The Adorable Kinders are very high quality soft-dolls (true rag dolls) exclusively designed for GRANZA, Inc. by famed artisan Aranza Zamora. The fundamental theme of the Adorable Kinders collection is an active group of kindergarten friends. Each student has been designed with a different personality in mind.
OUR REVIEW
We had the opportunity to select the doll we wanted to review and since this doll was going to Kiana, I let her choose. It took her a while since they’re all pretty cute but she finally decided on Mari. She liked the red dress and brown hair.
I knew these dolls were 18″ tall but I was still surprised at how big they were. Mari was soft, cuddly, and definitely made with love. Kiana couldn’t wait to start playing with her. What I really liked is how well Mari was made. She was so pretty that I thought about putting on the shelf to display, however, I knew I wasn’t going to convince Kiana to give her up.
I also think it’s pretty cool that these dolls are multi-racial and that you have a wide selection to choose from. Their clothes are interchangeable and you may also purchase additional items to add to their wardrobe.
These dolls remind me of the kind of dolls I used to play with with I was a child. Back then the dolls were pretty basic and simple. They didn’t talk, walk, or pee. They required you to use your imagination and they immediately became your best friend. I can see that Kiana and Mari are on the road to becomming BFF.
