I just want to say right now the “competition” couldn’t be tougher. I’ll just conceed right now cause Five Minutes for Mom – well, they just OOZE popularity – ha ha. Those gals are soo awesome. And I just checked out the other nominee. How very cool also and she looks like a cheerleader!!! She’s beautiful and I love the way her blog looks. Anyway, I just wanted to say I am HONORED to even be a part of this, even though I’m shocked to have been nominated.
Anyway, congrats to everyone who was nominated. I need to check out some of other nominees…but for now, I’m off to work!

Unlike Dana I am not going to do any back handsprings or leaping into the air. That would be a surefire way to land myself in the emergency room!!!
But I am awfully excited. I was too geeky and self conscious in school to let the real me (class clown) come through. But now that I’m old and I don’t give a rip what people think of me, I’m all about funny!

actually no, I didn’t make the flowergirl dresses. the bride’s future brother-in-law (her sister’s boyfriend) found them for about $30! There was just one problem with the dresses…they were kinda see through. I thought about getting DD a slip, but never got around to it…so I made sure she wore white…turns out that her cousin had the same issue. LOL! At lease DD didn’t spill her drink on her dress like the cousin did.
