And The Award Goes To . . . Me!
One of the best things about blogging is the great friends that I’ve met along the way. I’m not trying to sound sappy but it’s true. Without these loyal buddies, blogging just wouldn’t be as much fun or rewarding.
That’s why I feel so honored when someone recognizes me for an award. It makes me feel grateful that someone out there actually remembers who I am.
Therefore, I’d like to thank the following people for my precious awards:
The Schmoozer Award was given to me by 2 great bloggers:
- Mert at Almost Somewhat Positive. To know Mert is to love her. She has a witty and sarcastic sense of humor that makes you keep coming back for more. She is also a dedicated and loving Mom to two of the most adorable little girls.
- Judy at Welcome to My World of Dreams. If I had to choose one word to describe Judy, it’s loyal. I can always count on her to participate in whatever hair-brained idea I come up with. In addition, she paricipates with such enthusiasm! Back in high school, I bet she’s the one that everyone wanted to be friends with.
Rockin’ Blogger Award by Grace at Sandier Pastures. I feel like Grace and I have become great friends in such a short amount of time. Maybe it’s because of the time difference, but we always seem to be online at the same time. It’s kind of cool to send her an email and get an immediate response even though she lives across the world from me!
Creative Blogger/Thoughtful Blogger Award from:
- Donetta at A Life Uncommon. I met Donetta through Christine and I can see why they’re such great friends. Donetta is someone you feel totally comfortable with even though you’ve only just met. I think it’s because of her gracious and caring nature. She’s someone you would be lucky to have as a friend in real life.
- Michelle at Scribbit. To me, Michelle is one of the Queens of blogging. She has the knowledge and know-how to help make your blog all that it can be. She also has a large and dedicated following. Don’t believe me? Just check out how many comments she receives! Amazing!
