Sorry for being absent for a while but I just came back from a 3 day trip and I have to tell you about a certain passenger. It’s probably one of those “you had to be there” stories but I’ll tell it anyway.
I was in the galley getting my cart ready for the beverage service when an elderly man came up to use the lavatory. He opened the door then quickly slammed it shut. I asked if everything was okay. He said there’s someone in there who forgot to lock the door. I was puzzled since I didn’t see anyone go in. I knocked on the door and listened — I heard nothing. I opened it up a crack and peeked inside. I informed the man that there was no one in there. Once again, he opened the door and then slammed it shut. He swore he saw someone. I started to get a little freaked out. I peeked inside again and, of course, it was empty.
Then it hit me. I turned to the man and said, “Sir, I think you’re looking at your own reflection in the mirror.” HAHAHAHAHA!
- Don’t forget to visit Janie at Colloquium. You should check out her Wordless Wednesday photo. Boy, I’m sure glad I didn’t park my car in that lot!

I finally got our air tickets to Hawaii for the end of March, I was actually planning on asking you what fun things there are for kids in Honolulu. Then it just hit me that I should also ask you for tips on travelling with kids. My husband is staying home, so it will just be me and my 2 yr and 4 yr old.,I know, I’m nuts! Since you see it all the time, could you give me some do’s and don’ts for on the plane?? Thanks so much!
I’ll send you an email.
