Well, I’m off to work in a couple of hours. Oh, don’t feel too sorry for me. I’m headed towards a 36 hour layover with one of my best friends! Any ideas what we’ll be doing this weekend? SHOPPING!
What do you think my chances are that I’ll find one of these?
I’m so excited! I even packed an extra empty carry-on for all the goodies I will probably have to lug back with me. Hmm, I wonder if it will fit in the overhead? Oh well, as a last resort, I guess I could always throw everything in a lavatory and in-op it. Just kidding!
Try not to miss me too much!

Well, you’re always missed when you’re gone! What a fun way to spend a layover though. One thing I miss as a grown up is how little time I have to spend with friends.
